**Anticipated Work Start Date: October 05, 2026 to October 04, 2027.
**This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position for three (3) sales representatives at SMJ Corporation.
**Location of Worksite: 2692 Dr. Torres Drive, Chalan Kanoa, Saipan MP 96950.
**Anticipated day and hours of work is six (6) hours from Monday to Saturday with a total of 36 hours in a week from 8 AM to 2 PM (hours are flexible).
**Minimum education requirement of High School graduate/GED. Requirement for work-related training prior to applying is 3 months. Requirement for work-related experience is 3 months.
**Three-fourth guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three-fourth of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any.
**Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of
employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
**Daily Transportation: Workers will not be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite. They must provide their own.
**Overtime Available: Overtime hours will not be available to the worker under this job offer.
**On the Job Training Available: Workers will be provided on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Minimum of 3 months of work-related training is still required prior to applying. Employer will provide training after hire to familiarize workers with work environment.
**Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Tools and Equipment will be provided by the employer without additional cost to the worker to perform the job duties.
**Board, Lodging or Other Facilities: Workers will not be provided with board, lodging or other facilities and/ or the employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging or other facilities. Workers must reside on Saipan.
**Deduction from Pay (the employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law): Chapter 2 Tax (Federal & State Income Tax), Social Security Tax (FICA), and Medicare Tax.
